Today at Verizon Moto E5 Go started receiving January 2019 Security Patch along with regular bug fixes and improvements. The update comes with build number OPP28.151-22 and carries almost 250mb in size. Along with this update, you will see an improvement in overall battery backup and performance. This update is still based on Android 8.1 Oreo.

The update is pushed via OTA (Over the air) for all Verizon Moto E5 Go running Stock Firmware without root.
