What’s in ColorOS 11?
ColorOS 11 will be based on the upcoming Android 11 OS. Taking into account Oppo’s history of dealing with the release of ColorOS custom UI, we expect that the company will release the ColorOS 11 somewhere around November 2020. It is a no brainer that the ColorOS 11 will bring in all the features and enhancements that the Android 11 brings in for the Android phones. But, being a custom UI, there will be a lot of Oppo exclusive features that would be added to make the Oppo user’s user experience more refined.
ColorOS 11: Expected Features
Along with all the goodies of Android 11 (Android R), the ColorOS 11 will also bring in some more features to bring about a change to the Oppo phone’s UI. Here are some of the expected ColorOS 11 features, that as of yet, is expected:
- Improved Dark Mode
- Dark Mode Scheduling
- Improved Battery Life
- Double Tap Gestures
- One Time Permission
- Improved navigation gesture
Note that these are all expected features and due to lack of official information (which is pretty absurd to take out as the Android 11 update is yet to be cooked in its stable form for the masses), you might see more features making the cut and several features being dropped from the ColorOS 11 list of features.
