Method 1: Restart Hue Bridge
A hue bridge is used to connect multiple hue bulbs at a time. If you are using one, try restarting it.
To Restart the Hue bridge:
Step 1: Unplug the power cord and wait for 30 seconds
Step 2: Wait for a few minutes for the bridge to start up
