August 20, 2020: Today the device started receiving the September 2020 security patch update with software version V184.108.40.206.QJOEUXM.
August 20, 2020: Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 in Europe started receiving the August 2020 security patch update with software version V220.127.116.11.QJOEUXM.
August 04, 2020: Today Xiaomi rolled MIUI 12 update to Redmi Note 9 (merlin) in the Europe region with software version V18.104.22.168.QJOEUXM. The update upgrades the device version from V22.214.171.124.QJOEUXM to V126.96.36.199.QJOEUXM.
July 02, 2020: Today Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 is getting for June 2020 security patch update with build number V188.8.131.52.QJOEUXM.
June 10, 2020: Today Xiaomi rolled another patch for the May build which optimizes the system stability and reduced the lag. It brings the build number from V184.108.40.206.QJOEUXM to V220.127.116.11.QJOEUXM.
May 19, 2020: Xiaomi rolled May 2020 security patch update with version V18.104.22.168.QJOEUXM for Redmi Note 9. If you have not received this update, then manually you can install the firmware by following this guide.
May 06, 2020: Today Xiaomi rolled the initial firmware with version V22.214.171.124.QJOEUXM for Redmi Note 9 in the European region.

How to Install MIUI Europe Stable ROM for Redmi Note 9 (merlin)
Installing the stock ROM or upgrading the MIUI version on Xiaomi devices is comparatively easy. But you should follow all the pre-requirements and downloads below before proceeding.
