Step 1: Check Wi-Fi Credentials:

Several users have reported that their Wi-Fi credentials contain special characters, which is why their Ring Chime is unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network. If the connection problem persists, you can reset your Wi-Fi router. Before proceeding with the reset procedure, you can power cycle the router and reconnect the device to your Wi-Fi router and check if it is connecting to the network or not. If power cycling the Wi-Fi router does not help, then you have an option to reset your Wi-Fi router.

The Ring Chime not connecting issue is mostly experienced on Samsung devices; here, switching up the device will help you connect easily to the Wi-Fi network.
