  1. My screen went dark. I called T-Mobile to request a warranty exchange after having it looked at by the T-Mobile store near me and I had a Independent cellphone Tech look at it. Both parties tried a hard reboot but it didn’t work. You could still here the phone working behind the screen. Long story short T-Mobile agreed to the warranty exchange. They recommended using Goggle Find my device to do a factory reset to erase all data from the phone. I did so and low and behold the screen comes back up saying Erasing. The phone rebooted and then started the Phone Setup process. I’m still exchanging the phone because I don’t know if will happen again. Just posting this if you want to try and save your phone.
