If you see the OTA showing up with the latest version number, download and install it.


Try to connect to a strong Wi-Fi network to download the Galaxy C5 Android 8.0 Oreo Update. If you are using Wi-Fi you will save the carrier data charges. Also, before downloading and installing the latest software, make sure to have a minimum battery charge of 70% on your phone. If the device battery is low, the system upgrade will not take place.
