Restart the browser:
Close all the running tabs on your browser, including the ones from Metamask. After that, terminate the browser window entirely and remove it from the background.
Now wait for 5 to 10 seconds, and then open your browser again. Navigate to Metamask here and check if your tokens are refreshed or not.
