Recently we saw a huge shift in Xiaomi to roll Android 10 to many of their devices. Today, Xiaomi started seeding the stable Android 10 with MIUI 11 for Redmi K20 (codenamed davinci) globally. The update hits with software version V220.127.116.11.QFJMIXM and brings the latest security patches. As we speak, the update is live for the devices in India as a beta.
As per the screenshot shared by the user, the update carries the size of 1.90GB via OTA and brings January 2020 (not confirmed) security patch along with some other improvements. With the Android 10, Google introduced system-wide dark mode, iOS-like Gesture Navigation, upgraded system UI, privacy controls, and Focus Mode.

Check OTA update on Redmi K20
You should manually check the software update as the OTA is waving gradually. Head over to the device Settings > About Phone > System update to check it. However, you can download and install the update manually on your device.
After downloading it, go to device Settings > About Phone > System update > tap 10 times on the MIUI logo > then tap on the 3-dot icon at the upper right corner and select Choose update package.
Search for the update package from the ‘downloaded_rom‘ folder of the internal storage on your device and tap to select the file. It will install and upgrade your device to the latest version.

Redmi K20: Overview
Xiaomi Redmi K20 was announced in May 2019 which sports a 6.39-inch Super AMOLED display with a screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels with 403 PPI pixel density. The device is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5.
Xiaomi Redmi K20 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 730 chipset coupled with 6/8GB of RAM and 64/128GB of internal storage. The device came out of the box with Android 9.0 Pie under MIUI V10.2 and backed by a 4000 mAh battery (Non-removable).
As far as the camera concerned, the device has a Triple-camera setup with 48MP + 8MP + 13MP primary sensors and a selfie camera with a 20MP lens. Other connectivity option includes 4G-VoLTE, GPS, Glonass, Bluetooth, Mobile Hotspot, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, and compass/ magnetometer. etc. The Xiaomi Redmi K20 come with a fingerprint sensor under the display.
