XDA-developers reveal in their latest reports that the Mi A3 will come with an under display fingerprint sensor. According to XDA-developers, Xiaomi has started testing 3 new smartphones, two of which will be Android One phones. The three smartphones are codenamed “pyxis”, “bamboo_sprout” and “cosmos_sprout”. The latter two are suspected Android One smartphones. Every Android One phone has “sprout” in its name in the list of Google Play Android One smartphones. The former one is expected to be the Chinese variant of the phones. Because of their cheap prices, they might come with an optical in display fingerprint sensors. They might be powered with Snapdragon 675 or 710 or even the 712 Soc, as then it will be considered as a serious upgrade over its predecessor. Stay tuned for any future updates!
