THANK YOUUU! the first solution fixed my problem. the problem occurred after I reseated my ram because it would turn on all the fans and stuff but not output a signal. then when I finally got it working (after reseating my ram for a 3rd time lol) it wouldn’t open the driver and I was stuck at 64hz and my second monitor wouldn’t work.
