  1. I purchased a new C15 pro, I have tried three providers, att, TMobile, and Verizon. Not one could get this NEW Oukitel to connect to the internet for calling or texting..

    Also, the carriers say it come back to them as a Samsung, note 4… On this Android 9 ? WOW !!

    No problems with Wi-Fi or surfing the internet just NO carrier connection s.. any Ideas ? I have tried everything even with the techs from each carrier. Still nothing.. How can I download a new OS ? HELP..!!

  2. My computer will not reconize this Oukitel C15 beyond it’s name. I have taken photograph’s and video with this phone and my computer will not download the images because it cannot “see” them. I am by no means computer savvy and all the tips shown here to fix issues with this 1 day old phone, is way over my head.

  3. Downloaded the drivers but my computer will not accept them and gives the message “This device cannot start. (Code 10)

    The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device”.
