Hello there .I just wanna ask if how to fixed my hot 9 play because it doesn’t working properly and is always powering off even though I’m not doing it.I can’t run antivirus because it is powering off.also I can’t update the system of device.please help me…

Infinix Hot 9

The problem i’m having is that the sounds are reversed whenever i use an earphone, earpiece or headset. Sounds that are supposed to be heard at the left ear are at the right and what you’re supposed to hear at the right ear are at the left. I’ve tried different kinds of earphones and headphones and it always is in reverse. I have tried using those same earphones and headphones on other devices and it works properly. And of course the problem never occurs whenever there’s no earpiece plugged in cause there is only one speaker installed in the device to test on. I’ve also tried different videos, music, and sound tests and it still is reversed. Also the mono audio setting exist but it never work, after turning it on and off after so many times the audio is stuck in reversed stereo. I also tried resetting and restarting the device. The device is always up to date.
