Good afternoon I purchased a Umidigi S3 proand I have had nothing but problems I have straight talk as my carrier and am using an AT&t SIM card it seems my phone was working fine when I first got it all set up but slowly but surely I started losing the capability to do certain things currently I cannot send pictures using text and I cannot receive pictures using text I can send texts but receiving texts is intermittent. I have spent a combination of 6 hours with technical support all of the values in the APN settings are correct. I don’t know what else to do with this phone I love it but this is just too much can you help me

  2. I’m unable to hear phone conversation unless I use a headphone, place phone call on speaker or Bluetooth.
    I tried resetting the phone but problem still persists.
