HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 is a popular all-in-one printer with printing, scanning, copying, and faxing capabilities, making it a go-to option for small business and homes. The printer can print up to 24 black and white pages per minute (ppm), and the number goes down to 20 for color documents printing. That should be more than enough for home usage and even for small businesses.
The HP printer supports automatic two-sided printing, which would help in reducing paper usage. It has a 250-sheet input tray and the output tray can also accommodate the same number of sheets. With support for wireless connectivity, you can print from any device such as smartphone, tablets, or laptops. The HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 also has ethernet and USB ports for wired connectivity. On top of multiple connectivity options, the printer has a color touchscreen display to easily navigate through settings and preview documents directly on the printer.
Coming to HP OfficeJet Pro 7740, it supports wide-format printing up to 11 x 17 inches in size, useful for creating brochures, posters, and other large-format materials. It prints a little slower than OfficeJet Pro 9020. You can print up to 22 pages per minute for black & white documents and up to 18 pages per minute for color documents. The printer has an input capacity of up to 250 sheets and the output capacity is capped at 75 sheets. It also has an automatic document feeder (ADF) that can handle up to 35 sheets. You get the multiple connectivity options as in HP OfficeJet Pro 9020. There’s also a 6.75cm touchscreen display for easy navigation, settings adjustments, and document previewing.
