Firstly, launch AOL Desktop Gold and then navigate to the Edit option on the top-left of the screen.
Now navigate to General Settings -> Premium Security and here untick the check box before the option Enable Screen Capture Protection.
Lastly, restart your computer and check whether it has helped or not.

NOTE: Users who aren’t system administrators won’t be able to add a screen capture tool to the whitelist. If the same happens with you, consider connecting with your administrator or SafeNet support so that they allow screen capture in your environment.
