Fix: Android 14 Network Issue

Google recently unveiled and released the stable build of Android 14 for Android users, and Pixel users are the first users to receive this new update. But the new update is not entirely free of faults. Many users have complained about several issues with the latest version of the Android OS, and if you are an early adopter of Android 14, you will want to use it flawlessly on your primary device.

One of the prominent issues was with network connectivity. What good is a smartphone that does not get you any reception? Without any network coverage, you cannot connect to the internet, you cannot make any calls, and you cannot send any SMS. Restart your phone:

A simple fix that you can try is a restart. Most software issues can be fixed with a single restart of most electronic devices. And an Android phone is no exception.

  • Press and hold the Volume up + power button.
  • You will see a restart button pop up on your screen. Tap on it and wait till the phone restarts itself.

Enable and Disable Airplane mode:

This is an old trick with smartphones and mobile networks or data. People use this trick even when there is an issue with the mobile network.

Factory Reset:

  • Open up the App drawer and then tap on the Settings application.
