Toggle Bluetooth option on & off

Unpair the device and pair it again

  2. Tap on Bluetooth

Hard reset

  1. Open settings
  2. Scroll down and tap on back & reset
  3. Tap on factory data reset
  4. Now tap on Reset phone
  5. Tap on erase everything
