  • Once the installation is complete, your earbuds will restart and connect to your smartphone again.

  1. I tried all the ways mentioned in the article. It didnt work. I tried to connect with laptop and it started charging. All the lights started glowing. Please include this as one of a solutions.

  2. How did you connect it to a laptop like did you just plug it into the laptops USB port and it just started working? I dropped my ear buds with the case and it hasn’t worked since

  3. My case blinks red 9x before shutting off. Can’t connect my earbuds to my phone or any other device. Tried all of the options above with no success. Have had these earbuds for about a year, used them almost every day so I guess I got the most out of them for $100
