  1. Hi, I am not able to make carrier video calls with my nokia 7 plus. I was told to factory reset my phone. i completely reset my phone and video call started working. But after using phone for around 1-2 hrs and restarting phone. video call option gets changing to setup and then it redirects me to download google duo app. Is there any way to get back that carrier video calling feature

  2. Hi, i want to change the TA-1062 firmware to the TA-1046. The question is, i need the NB0 or the QFIL, or both? Thanks,

  3. Hi,

My Nokia 7 Plus is a TA-1046 and has this firmware version for the touchpanel: Novatek-v07 / Goodix-V1.017.16. Now, the problem is that screen brightness won’t go down after it has reached 16% brightness. Even in battery saving mode, there is no difference in brightness. The brightness won’t go down even if I slide the settings down to 0%.
I’ve read on multiple forums that the firmware forum for the touchpanel is the cause of this problem.
Before I try to use the OST and upload the firmware, will this issue be addressed with this download firmware?
If not, is there any way I can correct this problem on my phone?
