OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro Software Update | OxygenOS 13 (First Stable Release)

OnePlus has finally launched its OnePlus 8 series successor, known as the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro, with a much-upgraded camera, processor, display, refresh rate, and design. The device came out of the box with Android 11 out of the box.

This post will give you the details of all the updates, whenever released for the OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro. There can be several users who have not received the update via OTA. Their best bet is downloading the update file manually and locally upgrading the phone. We will try to include the download link to the update files as well, if available. How To Check For Software Update on OnePlus 9 and 9 Pro

Before you go ahead and flash the update manually on your phone, it is always advised to check the update via OTA. This makes the process much easier than doing labor for manually updating your phone. In order to check for the update OTA:

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap on System Updates.
  3. Tap Check for updates.
  4. If a new update is available to tap on Download.
