The other way of the reboot is as follows:
- Firstly, unplug the charger if your phone is connected to a charger.
- Press and hold both the Power and Volume Up buttons for at least 10 seconds.
- Unheld the phone until it is turned on.
Forget and reconnect to the network
- Open Settings from the app drawer.
- Tap on Wifi.
- Scroll down and tap on Advanced Settings.
- Then, tap on Saved Networks.
- Tap on Select label from the top-right corner.
- And select all the saved networks.
- And finally, tap on Remove icon from the bottom.
- Confirm the popup.
- Reboot the device.
- Open Settings from Launcher.
- Tap on Wifi.
- Connect with your Network.
Wait until your device is connected then try to navigate to a website using your mobile app browser to see if you can now access the Internet.
Clear Cache
- From your Home screen, tap the Application screen icon.
- Find and tap Settings
- And then tap on Apps Management.
- Select an application, then tap Storage > CLEAR CACHE.
