  1. I have just bought 10 days ago thé smartphone Galaxy A53 5G, ech time I use Google Maps for navigation the GPS signal is lost, its really annoying because the device is not useful for navigation.
    So that, I informed the Samsung team from the service chat about this issue, It was for three times and each time they confirm that an expert will call me in my mobile to guide me and understand what happens, but in vain no one call me they are lying :( :( :(
    In your opinion what should I do in order to solve this problem of loosing GPS signal, or to have a real response from Samsung?

  2. I am unable to pick up mobile internet or phone signals on my newly purchased Samsung A53 5g. I contacted my service provider who was unable to resolve this issue. I purchased the phone through smart pay. I am frustrated not being able to use my phone for calls and internet.

  3. Wife’s Samsung A53 does not receive 5G and also there us NO mobile network mode area to select a mode which I find weird. I have replaced the SIM card but no change. The box it came in says it is a A53 5G phone but on the back of the box it says compatible with LTE,GSM and UTSM but NO Mention of 5G. I believe that it should state compatibility with %G , RIGHT ? My Pixel 7 Pro sits right next to hers and shows 5G all day. We are in a high saturation 5G area so this is NOT the issue. I am at my wits end. I have reset everything except a hard factory reset. Runningh the latest OS & updates.The compatibility thing on the back of the box has me baffled. Sorry about the mini rant.
