Turn On Airplane Mode:

I have just bought 10 days ago thé smartphone Galaxy A53 5G, ech time I use Google Maps for navigation the GPS signal is lost, its really annoying because the device is not useful for navigation.
So that, I informed the Samsung team from the service chat about this issue, It was for three times and each time they confirm that an expert will call me in my mobile to guide me and understand what happens, but in vain no one call me they are lying :( :( :(
In your opinion what should I do in order to solve this problem of loosing GPS signal, or to have a real response from Samsung?
