Though while we focused upon the said Issue, we successfully found some quick and effective solutions. Here is a detailed guide for the same:

FIX 1: Check your Samsung Galaxy device for any Hardware issues

Though Samsung Galaxy or any new phone comes with tough hardware built, chances of physical damage can never be avoided. Maybe you accidentally dropped your phone, exposed it to water by any chance, hard-pressed it, or left it inside a hot car under the sun. Any of such situations can lead to hardware damage to your Samsung Galaxy mobile. And followed to that, your phone is not turning On.

If any of the above scenarios have recently happened with you, there are no other options left except for reaching the service center.

Despite how much device knowledge you possess, we strongly oppose working on hardware issues personally.

FIX 2: Charge your Samsung Galaxy M52 5G/ M32 5G / M42 5G device

Apart from hardware issues, another basic issue that is keeping your Samsung Galaxy phone from turning On can be ‘Low Power.’ It is because your phone isn’t charged enough, you are unable to turn it On.

In such circumstances, consider charging your Galaxy mobile for at least half an hour. If you have enough time on hand, go for a full charge instead. Once done, try to turn it On and check whether it happens or not.

Note: Do not use the mobile while it is still charging.

FIX 3: Check whether your Samsung Galaxy Charger and the Charging Point are working or not

If your Samsung Galaxy M52 5G/ M32 5G / M42 5G device is not turning On at this point,  maybe there are some issues with the charger and charging port. Here we recommend you to,

  • Check whether the adaptor and charging cable are working fine. (Consider using them with another device to make sure).
  • Ensure you are using the original charger that came along with your Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
  • Inspect whether the Charging port of your Samsung Galaxy mobile is working fine or not. Look closely for any dirt, debris, or foreign object. If found any, gently clean them. Also, make sure that not even a single smallest part is broken or missing from the Charging port.

Note: Most of the issues related to the charging port are hardware-related. In case of more doubts, we always advise you to reach your nearest service center.

  • Check the Charging point (electricity socket) and ensure that it is working fine.

As per a few suffered users, a Force Reboot helped them when their Samsung Galaxy M52 5G, M32 5G, and M42 5G were not turning On. Forced Reboot is nothing but a jumpstart for all non-working systems.

Here’s how you can do the same:

  • Press and hold the Power key + Volume down key of your Mobile handset for up to 45 seconds. Or wait until the device Restarts.

Or

  • Press and hold the Power key + Volume down key of your Mobile handset until you see Maintenance Boot Mode on the screen. It will take nearly 10 seconds.

Now while the solution here is understandable (removing the third-party app), users often confuse how to enter into the phone menu in the first place. Considering the only way to do is entering the Safe Mode, here’s a step for doing the same,

Now for removing the responsible application,

  • If you are familiar with any recently uploaded application, consider uninstalling it. However, if you are not familiar with the same, start uninstalling a few recently added applications one after the other.
  • At last, restart the phone to normal mode and check for improvement.

FIX 6: Check for Black Screen issue on your Galaxy smartphone

If your Galaxy smartphone is not turning On, however, you can sense vibration and light, then there is some issue with your phone’s screen. It is because your phone might be going through the Black Screen issue.

Black Screen issues can be both software or hardware-based.

With any such issue, consider visiting the nearest Samsung Service center.

FIX 7: Turn on Alternate Boot Modes

If nothing works for you, then consider trying some Alternate boot modes. Here we suggest you try Recovery mode and Download mode.

For the same, follow these below steps:

For turning on the Recovery Mode:

  • Firstly, turn off the device. Users who cannot turn off their Samsung Galaxy device will not boot the Recovery Mode.
  • Or wait until your mobile’s battery drains fully so that it can Power off on its own. Now charge the mobile for 30 minutes, though do not turn it On thereafter.
  • Now press the Power Button and Volume Up key and keep it pressed until you see the green Android logo.
  • Now release all the keys. Further, it will take up to a minute to show the Android system recovery menu options.

For turning on the Download Mode:

  • Firstly, turn off the device. Users who cannot turn off their Samsung Galaxy device will not boot the Recovery Mode.
  • Or wait until your mobile’s battery drains fully so that it can Power off on its own. Now charge the mobile for 30 minutes, though do not turn it On thereafter.
  • Now press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down key and simultaneously plug the USB cable. Make sure you do not release the keys in between.
  • Once you see Downloading… on the screen, it is the indication that you have successfully entered the Download Mode.

Now, after entering any of these modes, if your mobile is working fine, then it is a sign that there are issues with your Android Operating System.

Here you can further Factory Reset your device in Recovery Mode to resolve the condition.
