Though the Galaxy S22 models come with GPS, A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, and GALILEO connectivity options, it seems that the premium range of Samsung Galaxy devices are having some issues with navigation. Some reports coming about the Samsung Galaxy S22, S22 Plus, and S22 Ultra GPS Problem or Not Accurate.

As this is one of the frustrating issues among the affected users, some reports were coming out that Samsung is aware of the GPS-related issue on Galaxy S22 models and they’re working on it to release a patch fix soon. So, without any further ado, let’s check it.
1. Reboot Device
First of all, you should try rebooting the Samsung Galaxy S22 series device to ensure there is no issue with the temporary cache or system glitch whatsoever. - Highlight the Wipe Cache Partition option > Press the Power key to confirm/select it.
- Now, use the Volume keys again to highlight YES > Press the Power key to select/confirm it.
- Your device will start deleting the cache partition data. So, wait for the process to complete.
- Finally, restart the device into the system, and check for the issue again.
10. Perform a Factory Reset
If none of the methods did fix the GPS not working or not an accurate issue on your Samsung Galaxy S22 series models then make sure to just perform a factory reset to wipe out all the data completely. Sometimes a stubborn system glitch or any configuration issue may cause GPS connectivity conflicts.
Note: Make sure to take a full data backup of the device because the factory reset method will delete all the data such as call logs, messages, internal storage files, etc.
- Just press and hold the Power key for a while to bring the power menu > Tap on Power off.
- Once the device is switched off completely, you can press and hold the Power + Volume keys for a few seconds until the Recovery Mode appears.
