Check for OTA Updates

Verizon Wireless always pushes the OTA update to its devices in a phased manner and it may take some time in order to arrive on all the units completely. However, users can manually check for the OTA update from the device Settings > About phone > Software updates > Check for Updates.

If in case, the latest software update is available on your handset, then tap on Download now. Once you’ve downloaded the update, tap on Install update and the device will restart automatically to apply the changes. Take note that the first boot after updating the software will take some time, so have some patience.

The handset comes with a 6.9-inches Dynamic AMOLED 2x display that has a resolution of 1440×3200 pixels that has a Corning Gorilla Glass 6 protection, HDR10+, Always-on screen, a 120Hz@Full-HD or a 60Hz@Quad-HD refresh date. It’s equipped with a Exynos 990/Snapdragon 865 SoC, paired with 12GB/16GB RAM, 128GB/256GB/512GB of internal storage option along with expandable microSD card slot.

The device packs a quad rear camera setup of a 108MP (wide, f/1.8) + a 48MP (periscope telephoto, f/3.5) + a 12MP (ultrawide, f/2.2) + a 0.3MP TOF 3D (depth, f/1.0) lens with PDAF, OIS, optical zoom, Super Steady Video, Panorama, auto-HDR, an LED flash, gyro-EIS, etc. While the front packs a dual 40MP (wide, f/2.2) selfie camera with PDAF, dual video call, auto-HDR mode, etc.
