Things to Do When Betron Wireless Headphones Are Not Pairing or Connecting
Solution 1: Disconnect Other Connected Devices
As soon as you turn on your Betron wireless headphones, it will try to connect with all the paired devices. If the Bluetooth on one of the paired devices is turned on, it won’t take long to connect. So, if the Betron headphones are already connected to another device, you won’t be able to connect them with other devices.
If your Betron wireless headphones fail to pair or connect with your phone, make sure that the Bluetooth on all the paired devices is turned off. After that, you’ll be able to connect your new headphones with other devices.
Solution 2: Pair the Device Again
If something went wrong while you were connecting your Betron wireless headphones to another audio source, chances are that it was an unsuccessful pairing. There’s no sure shot reason why it occurs, but the primary reasons include a software bug or a conflict with third-party apps.
Regardless of the reasons, you must pair the headphone again with the other device. Before making a new pairing request, go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and delete the headphone name from the paired devices list.
Solution 3: Install the Latest Firmware on Your Phone
There might be a temporary bug in your phone, which could be the reason for not being able to pair the Bluetooth headphones to another device. Installing the latest software updates can fix the issue as smartphone manufacturers regularly release new updates to fix the previously known issues.
To install the latest firmware version, go to the Settings app on your phone, navigate to the software update section, and download and install the new update.
Solution 4: Reset Your Phone
If none of the methods have worked out for you, resetting your device will probably fix the issue. Before we go ahead with the resetting process, we advise you to check if you can pair your Betron wireless headphone with other devices. If your answer is yes, the problem resides in your phone, and this solution is worth trying. If you can’t connect the headphone to any device, you should contact Betron custom support.
To reset your phone, open the Settings app, find the reset option and follow the on-screen instructions.
