Method 1: Command Prompt (or PowerShell)
You can use Command Prompt or PowerShell to find out your Motherboard model number. To do this, follow the procedure given below:-
Press the Window key + R key to open the Run commander.
Type cmd on it and press the ok button.
A command-line window will appear.
Then use command ‘system info’ after that it will show all the information about your PC within no time.
To find related information, you need to scroll up and find out the System model or System Manufacturer.
You can also use the command:
wmic baseboard get product, Manufacturer, version, serialnumber
This is one of the easiest ways which helps you to find out your motherboard model number, name, and manufacturer
Method 2: Using Speccy
This method yield more information than the wmic tool. Speccy is totally free and easy to use. First of all, download the Speccy and install it on our PC, after that open it.
Now in the summary section, you can see not only the motherboard model number but also the current operating temperature. Speccy also helps you to see the basic details about the other system components.
Tap on the motherboard section situated at the left side menu to know more information about the Motherboard (includes voltages, chipsets, and types of slots used).
Method 3: msinfo32 Command
To know the full system information is way easier than any method and if you want to know the Motherboard model number of your PC, then follow the instruction given below:
Press the Windows Key + R Key to open Run.
Then type msinfo32 in Run commander and tap ok.
A new window appears named as system information once the above command is run.
Now scroll down and find the information that you needed.

Step 1: The model number written on the packaging box if you buy a Motherboard from a store. Generally, the Motherboard model starts with the chipset’s name.
