New updates are added on June 12, 2020: Oppo has now started rolling out the Android 10 (ColorOS 7) update for the Oppo A11x alongside Oppo A11. The update is currently live in China. For a reminder, Oppo A11x is also known as Oppo A9 2020 in other regions. The update will be arriving with version number C.26 and will bring all the Android 10 core features with some extra features of ColorOS 7 along with it. In order to receive the update, users of the Oppo A11x are required to be running the version A.49/A.51. Here is the complete changelog of the update received on the Oppo A11x:

New updates are added on May 27, 2020: Finally, the Android 10 (ColorOS 7) early adopters program for the Oppo A11X is now live and underway ahead of the stable release. The update is limited to the Oppo A11X users in China for the model numbers PCHM30. Notably, the trial program is limited to 20,000 users of the Oppo A11x which is considerably huge as compared to other programs. Moreover, users are required to be running the A.49 ROM version in order to be eligible to receive the update.
The Chinese OEM OPPO has released its budget segment smartphone called Oppo A11X in September 2019. It came with Android 9.0 Pie out-of-the-box and all the users are now waiting for the official stable Android 10 update based on ColorOS 7. However, it seems that Oppo is getting slightly delayed to provide the ColorOS 7 update to plenty of its eligible devices and Oppo A11X is one of them. While the Oppo A11X Android 10 ColorOS 7 early adopters will be rolled out in Q2 2020.
A couple of months ago, Oppo has released the ColorOS 7 (Android 10) update and Oppo has already had a plan for the ColorOS 7 based on the Android 10 Trial version. Now, some of the A-series, R-series and K-series device models are remaining to receive the trial version update in Q2 2020. However, there is no confirmed month or week mentioned yet officially.

What’s on Android 10?
Google has announced the 10th iteration of Android OS in September 2019. It comes with several features and system improvements. To be very specific, the Android 10 version mainly offers better user experience and privacy/security features.

Oppo A11X Android 10 ColorOS 7 Update Status
The company has announced the Oppo A11X Android 10 ColorOS 7 early adopters recruitment process will start from Q2 2020. We may have to wait for the official announcement for the beta testing program. Once the recruitment process starts, all the interested Oppo A11X users can apply for the beta testing and almost within 3 days after successful selection, users will get the beta update as well.
Oppo A11X Device: Overview
The smartphone came with a 6.5-inches HD+ display with 720×1600 pixels resolution. It’s powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM, 128GB of internal storage. While the storage can be expandable up to 256GB via a MicroSD card. It runs on Android 9.0 Pie with ColorOS 6.0.1 skin.
The device sports a 5,000mAh battery along with dual Nano-SIM. It packs a 48MP primary rear camera + an 8MP secondary ultra-wide camera + a 2MP triple camera monochrome + a 2MP depth sensor. It packs a 16MP selfie camera with AI modes.
In terms of connectivity, the handset has Wi-Fi, GPS, A-GPS, Dolby Atmos support, Wi-Fi Direct, 3G/4G LTE, etc. While the phone includes an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, proximity sensor, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.
