Realme X50m 5G Overview
The Realme X50m 5G sports a 6.57 inches IPS LCD display with a screen refresh rate of 120Hz, and a Full HD+ resolution. It has an aspect ratio of 20:9 and a screen to body ratio of 84.8 percent, a pixel density of 399 Pixel Per Inch (PPI), a dual punch hole to the left, and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. Coming to the internals of the Realme X50m 5G, it sports the Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC, which is built on the 7nm process. This octa-core setup includes one Kryo 475 Prime core, one Kryo 475 Gold core, and six Kryo 475 silver cores. To the GPU side, it sports the Adreno 620 GPU. Talking about the memory side, it comes with 6, and 8GB of RAM. And only with 128GB of UFS 2.1 onboard storage. Further, this is not expandable via the micro SD card. The device runs on the Realme UI V1.0 that is based on Android 10.
Talking about the camera, the Realme X50m 5G sports a quad rear camera setup. The quad rear camera includes a primary 48MP sensor with an aperture value of f/1.8 and PDAF. This sensor pairs with an 8MP ultra wide-angle sensor with an aperture value of f/2.2, and a tertiary 2MP macro sensor with an aperture value of f/2.4. And finally, this setup also includes a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture value of f/2.4. To the front, it has two sensors, which include a primary 16MP sensor with an aperture value of f/2.0, which is coupled with a 2MP depth sensor with an aperture value of f/2.4.
The Realme X50m 5G packs a 4,200mAh battery with support for 30W VOOC 4.0 Flash Charge support. The company claims to charge the phone up to 70 percent in just 30 minutes. It is available in two color options, i.e., in Starry Blue, and Galaxy White. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.0, A2DP, LE, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, BDS, NFC, and USB 2.0, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector. Sensors onboard include accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. It gets a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, and also support for face unlock. The pricing starts at 1,999 Yuan for the 6/128GB variant, and at 2,299 Yuan for the 8/128GB variant.

How to Check Software Update on Realme X50m 5G
Make sure to connect your device to a Wi-Fi network and charge the phone up to 50% at least. If a new software update is available, the system will automatically show a notification on the ‘System updates’ icon.
Otherwise, you can check the OTA update manually by going to the Settings menu on your device > tap on System updates. If the latest update is available, then download the firmware by following on-screen instructions. Once done, your device will reboot into a new system version.
