For this method, you will first need to find the application file for the program and use the shortcut keys on it.

For Windows:

  • To find the shortcut file, click on the Windows Start button and search for “Adobe Photoshop.”
  • When you find the shortcut, press Alt+Ctrl+Shift and open the application.
  • Photoshop will ask whether you want to delete the settings file now. Click on Yes when you see this pop-up window.

For Mac:

  • Open up the Finder window and navigate to Go > Applications in the menu bar.
