Now, some of the Google Drive users have recently reported that the videos uploaded to Google Drive are Stuck in Processing.

According to a Google Employee, from 12:00 PT / 15:00 ET on March 20, 2020, Google systems indicate that the backlog has been cleared and the said issue has been resolved.

However, you can check your internet connection whether the issue is occurring from any network problems or not. Meanwhile, you can reboot your computer or mobile and try to upload any videos again to check for the issue.
