The new expansion pack, the Isle of Armor, brings with it some new Pokemons for the players to have. Some of these Pokemon can be commonly spotted while there are some special ones that you will rarely encounter in the game. One such Pokemon is the Azurill. After the release of the Isle of Armor expansion pack, we now have Azurill in Pokemon Sword & Shield too.
Since it is a rare Pokemon, many players are trying to add it to their collection of Pokemons. But how do you exactly get an Azurill in Pokemon Sword & Shield Isle of Armor? Where do you find it? This Pokemon can be spotted only in specific locations on the map. Or you have the option to breed two Pokemons and get an Azurill from an egg. So, there are a couple of ways to do it, and we will take a look at both of those ways in this article.
Where to find Azurill in Pokemon Sword & Shield Isle of Armor?
As mentioned above, this is a rare Pokemon, and it only has a 5% spawning chance in the Brawler’s Cave on the Isle of Armor. You don’t need to have any specific weather conditions for this Pokemon to spawn in an area close to you in Brawler’s Cave. The best way to scout the Brawler’s Cave is to start at the Training Lowlands or the Challenge Road entrance and follow the entire path forward. But overall, this is indeed a very rare Pokemon, and it will take some searching to find one. When you do find one, use your Pokemon and battle with it to eventually catch it with a Pokeball.
Now, if you end up with no luck on finding Azurill in Brawler’s Cave, then the only alternative is to breed two particular Pokemons that will give you an egg for Azurill. First, you will need to get a Sea Incense from the Hulbury Market and attach it to an Azumarill or Marill. Then you have to breed that Azumarill or Marill with a Ditto. You can do the breeding procedure in either of the two Daycare Centers you have in the game. This will take some time, though.
After that, come back to the Daycare center to collect your egg, and you will have an Azurill when the egg finally hatches.
