1. Run Sound Troubleshooter
First of all, you should try running the sound troubleshooter method on your Windows computer while connected to the projector. To do so:
- Press the Windows key to open the Start menu > Select Settings.
- Now, click on System > Click on the Sound tab from the left pane.
- Under the ‘Volume’ section, click on the Troubleshoot button.
