1. Run Sound Troubleshooter

First of all, you should try running the sound troubleshooter method on your Windows computer while connected to the projector. To do so:

  • Press the Windows key to open the Start menu > Select Settings.
  • Now, click on System > Click on the Sound tab from the left pane.
  • Under the ‘Volume’ section, click on the Troubleshoot button.
  • The system will now look for any problems with the Sound devices.
  • Follow the on-screen instructions and apply the fix.

2. Check if Audio Output Properly Selected

You should cross-check the audio output device and connectivity settings on the projector to ensure there is no issue appearing to you.
