1. Try Another Internet Connection

  • Go back > Hit Next > Select Automatic for MTU settings > Choose Do not use for Proxy Server.
  • Finally, save all the changes and reboot your PS4 console.
  • Then launch the game and check for the issue.

  • Click on Change adapter options > Right-click on your Network Connection.
  • Next, select Properties > Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).

  • Exit and restart the Windows system.
