1. Try Another Internet Connection

For PC:

  • Click on Start > Click on the Settings menu (cog icon).
  • Select Network & Internet.
  • Click on Change adapter options > Right-click on your Network Connection.
  • Next, select Properties > Click on Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4).
  • Click on Properties > Enter the Primary DNS Address 8.8.8.8 and the Alternate DNS Address 8.8.4.4 > Save the changes.
  • Exit and restart the Windows system.
