How to Fix Streets of Rage 4 Not Launching and Crash on Startup

1. Turn Off Ransomeware Protection

  • Head over to the ‘Start’ menu > Type Windows Security and click on it from the search result.
  • The ‘Windows Security’ page will open.
  • Now, click on ‘Virus & Threat Protection’.
  • Scroll down and click on ‘Manage ransomeware protection’ under the ‘Ransomware Protection’ category.
