4. Check for the Internet Connection

You should always check out the internet connection status at your end because issues with the network stability or speed can occur in plenty of conflicts while launching an online multiplayer video game or even connecting to the server. During the initial loading, the game files always try to connect to the servers for multiplayer support and access user profile, in-app purchases, rewards, matchmaking with other players, etc. In that case, the internet issue can play a major role, and contacting the service provider can help to fix it.

5. Clear Game Cache and Data

If you’re trying to play COD Warzone Mobile on your Android device then try clearing the app cache data and the storage data from the settings menu of the game application to refresh glitches. • Now, tap on See All Apps > Head over to Warzone Mobile under the App info section.
  • Tap on Warzone Mobile to open the app info page > Tap on Storage & Cache.
  • Next, tap on Clear Cache > Once done, tap on Storage & Cache.
  • Then tap on Clear Storage > Launch the game to check for the issue.

6. Don’t Use VPN

It’s highly recommended not to use a VPN service on your mobile device or the router to avoid ping latency issues. When it comes to the server connectivity issue or the matchmaking error, disable VPN temporarily to check for the issue again.

7. Try Enabling Two-Factor Authentication on Activision Account

Some of the players have claimed that enabling the 2FA on the Activision account did the trick to avoid startup issues or server connectivity errors. You can also try it out.

  • Go to the Activision website > Click on the ‘Login’ option.
  • Log in to your valid Activision account > Go to your profile.
  • Select ‘Privacy & Security’ > Click on the ‘Enable two-factor authentication’ option.
