This is the new Warlord’s Set, which provides an increase in damage and lifesteal to the players. Unlocking this new armor in the game is easy. However, there’s still something else that you must know if you actually need this armor.

How to Unlock Warlord’s Set in Remnant: From the Ashes Subject 2923
The first thing you need to do is find a Master’s Tusk. With the Master’s Tusk in your possession, you can choose to trade it with the Warlord’s Set from Sebum in Reisum. Getting the Master’s Tusk is easy – all you have to do is find a kill a Packmaster. If you’re wondering what Packmasters are, these are the yeti-like creatures that you’ll find randomly in the open.
Once you have the Master’s Tusk, you need to take it to Sebum in Reisum. However, if you directly take the Master’s Tusk to Sebum, you’ll only get 2,000 scrap as a reward. If your eyes are on the Warlord’s Set, then there’s a bit of something else that you must do. Before you take the Master’s Tusk to Sebum, you first need to head to the boat’s bow. While standing on the scaffolding, you’ll see a hole, which you should look into. Looking in through the hole, you’ll spot the Warlord’s Set, and this way, you’ll unlock the armor.
Once you’re done with this, go to Sebum and talk with him. Mid-way into the conversation, you’ll get a few options to choose from. From the given options, choose “I have the tusk, what about the armor below deck?” followed by the next option “This tusk, for that armor”. Once you’re done with this, you’ll see stairs that go below the deck outside the room that Sebum is in. Go down the stairs and through the door and you’ll reach the room that you peeked earlier. From there, simply take the Warlord’s Set and you’re done.
Keep in mind that you peek through the hole before or after you get the Master’s Tusk. It simply has to be before you take the Tusk to Sebum.
