1. Reset OneDrive

Sometimes a corrupted or missing cache of the program can cause multiple issues with the system performance. To recall, OneDrive is pre-installed on Windows 11/10 system which can also be another reason to have certification issues. Therefore, resetting the OneDrive program to its default settings should fix the issue. To do that:

Press Windows + R keys to open up the Run dialog box.

This will initiate the reset process of the OneDrive on your Windows.

2. Map a Network Drive for SharePoint Document Library

If the above method doesn’t work for you, try following this one. Though it’s a lengthy process, it should come in handy. If you’re unable to access all the files from OneDrive then you can map a network drive for the SharePoint Document Library. By doing this, you’ll create a networking hub to improve the network’s strength & accessibility. To do that:

Visit the OneDrive website on your web browser > Sign in to your Microsoft account.
Go to the file library that you want to access.
Copy the URL (link) of the file/folder from the address bar.
Now, click on the Start menu > Type File Explorer (This PC) and click on it to open.

Right-click on the Network category from the left pane.
Choose Map network drive… > A new window will open.

Next, click on Connect to a Web site that you can use to store your documents and pictures.
The network location wizard will open > Click on Next.
From the Specify the location of your website interface, paste the copied file location.
Now, remove the HTTP:// prefix with \\ and click on Next.
Give a name for the network location according to your choice. By default, the name will remain the same OneDrive Document Library.
Click on Next and then Finish.
Then right-click on the Start menu > Choose Windows PowerShell (Admin).
Click on Yes if prompted by the UAC (User Account Control) to proceed.
Now, copy and paste the following command in the Windows PowerShell window and hit Enter to execute it:
