In this method, your Samsung Smart TV does not turn off completely. It’s just a normal reboot that works many times.

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your TV remote until the screen turns black.

Step 2: Wait for 1-2 minutes.

Step 3: Now, press and hold the power button until you see the Samsung logo.

Step 4: Launch the Pluto TV app and check if the problem is fixed.

Hard Boot

Unlike cold boot, this method completely turns off your Samsung Smart TV. That means no power is supplied to the device. Here’s how to perform cold boot on your Samsung TV:

Step 1: Press and hold the power button on your TV remote until the screen turns black.

Step 2: Unplug the power cable from the main switch and wait for a few minutes.

Solution 2: Make Sure the Internet Connection Is Stable

Rebooting the router can fix it. To do this, open the router’s settings page and press the reboot option. Or, unplug the power cable for a minute and then plug it back into the wall socket. Once the router is rebooted, connect your TV to the Wi-Fi network and check if the problem is fixed.
