Choose Tower of Water or Darkness In Pokemon Sword & Shield Isle Of Armor

One of the most crucial decisions to be made by the players in the Pokemon Sword and Shield: Isle of Armor is the choosing of towers. This guide is a comprehensive one that will walk you through various points and ultimately make it easier to choose between the Tower of Water or Tower of Darkness. 

When your level is high enough in the Pokemon Sword and Shield Isle of Armor, you will be told about the exclusive training grounds by Mustard. This will happen after you have raised enough friendship with Kubfu. These training grounds are exclusively for Kubfu. Now comes the crucial part: choosing the tower. Note that you can select only one of the two towers. 

What to Choose: Tower of Water or Darkness?

Choosing of the tower depends on the players and their preferences for Kubfu. In fact, there can be no wrong choice here. Kufbu is himself a legendary Pokemon, and hence it will not be able to breed. Trading can help acquire both. The Tower of Water and Darkness both are primitive and do not contain any items. It is recommended to coach Kubfu for the Aerial Ace for the ultimate battle, though it is natural for him to learn the same. 

If you decide to go for the Tower of Water, Kubfu will transform into Rapid Strike Style Urshifu. It is a Fighting and Water-type Pokemon. If players choose this tower, following battles will be available:

• Psyduck at Level 65
• Krabby at Level 66
• Marill at Level 67
• Poliwhiri at Level 68
• Kubfu at Level 70

When the players successfully win the battles, it automatically learns the Surging Strikes. It also hits the target of 25 Power 100 Accuracy Water Attack for three times. This, for sure, confirms a critical hit.

If you go for the Tower of Darkness, you will see Kubfu evolve into Single Strike Style Urshifu. It is a Fighting and Dark-type Pokemon. If players choose this tower, following battles will be available:

• Zorua at Level 65
• Scraggy at Level 66
• Inkay at Level 67
• Krokorok at Level 68
• Kubfu at Level 70

When the visual designs of the towers are concerned, there is not much difference between the two. You will see different colors for the Gigantamax for different versions of the towers. For the Tower of Darkness, it will be red, and for the Tower of Water, it will be blue.
