Updated on March 06, 2020: Today Realme in Europe started rolling the 3rd version of Realme UI for Realme 3 Pro based on Android 10. The update is a re-released version of the first update which had some bugs to be resolved. Now the company has fixed the bug and re-rolled it back to the Realme 3 Pro users in Europe.
For new updates, Go to Settings > System > Software Update. Check for the new update. If you get the notification for the C.03 update, then use Wi-Fi and install it immediately.

Updated on January 20, 2020: After China, now Indian Realme 3 Pro started receiving the Second version of Android 10 which fixes the camera crash issue, fixed watermark issue and fixed other known bugs. The update is labeled with software version RMX1851EX_11.C.02. If you have not received the update, first check for the OTA manually.

Though last week Realme dropped the Android 10 update for Realme 3 Pro, it apparently came with a few bugs. Thanks to Realme’s quick response a hotfix update is currently rolling out for the device. The fresh software is available with build number RMX1851_11_C.02. It is fixing up the camera crash issue and brings better stability for the camera app. The second Realme 3 pro Android 10 update also solves the photo watermark issue.
The C.02 update is the successor of the previous buggy C.01 software. It also solves a number of other bugs. This update is based on ColorOS 7, the native skin of Realme.
If you have been anticipating the hotfix update and still not received it, then you can check it manually. Go to Settings > System > Software Update. Check for the new update. If you get the notification for the C.02 update, then use Wi-Fi and install it immediately. Wi-Fi will enable a fast download without any charges for data you spend. Make sure to juice up your device before you begin to install the C.02 update. If you are someone who never received an Android 10 update, then you can jump to the C.02 software right away as well.
