The Realme 9 Pro Plus 5G features a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is an FHD+ panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. The screen has a peak brightness of 1000 nits. Under the hood, we have the MediaTek Dimensity 920 5G that is built on a 6 nm manufacturing process. Coming to the optics, we get a triple camera setup at the rear and a single camera setup at the front. The triple camera consists of a 50MP primary sensor paired with an f/1.8 lens, an 8MP ultrawide sensor paired with an f/2.3 lens, and a 2MP depth sensor paired with an f/2.4 lens. The single-camera at the front is a 16MP sensor paired with an f/2.5 lens. The rear setup can shoot 4K videos while the front setup is limited to 1080p video recording.
Realme 9 Pro Plus is available in three storage options: 128GB + 6GB RAM, 128GB + 8GB RAM, and 256GB + 8GB RAM. In terms of communications, we get Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C 2.0. As for sensors, we have an under-display optical sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. Powering it all is a 4500 mAh battery that can be charged up quickly using the 33W adapter included in the box. The smartphone is available in three color options: Midnight Black, Aurora Green, and Sunrise Blue.

Check Software Update
Note:
Before going to the manual firmware upgrade process, if you feel that your device isn’t receiving the OTA update notification for a while, then you can check for the software update manually. In order to do this:
Go to the device Settings > System updates. It will search for the software update and you will get notified if a new update is available on your device. Simply grab the firmware version by downloading and installing it.
Additionally, it’s recommended to maintain the phone charge at least up to 50%-60% and connect your device to Wi-Fi for a faster and stable download.
