The Realme GT Neo 3 features a 6.7-inches AMOLED panel with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is an FHD+ panel with a resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels and an aspect ratio of 20:9. It also has support for HDR10+ content. In terms of protection, we get Corning Gorilla Glass 5 to the front and the back of the device. Under the hood, we have the MediaTek DImensity 8100 which is built on a 5 nm manufacturing process.
