Restart The Box

First of all, unplug the Box from the main board.
After it, wait for 30 seconds.
Now, again plug your TalkTalk box into the main board.

Check Cables & Connections

If it is not clean and has dust then try to clean it properly. And, after doing this, connect the cables, and make sure you have tightly connected the cables. Loose Internet Connection

In case, you are using the internet connection, then try checking whether the internet connection is stable or not. You can check your internet connection speed by running the Internet Speed Checker. Check Signal Quality

Sometimes the issue of not finding channels can also cause due to Poor Signal Quality. So, follow the steps which are given below to check the signal quality of your TalkTalk Box.

Press the Menu button on the remote.
Go to Settings.
After it, select the TV Signal Quality option.
Ensure that the signal quality is above 80%.
If the signal quality is below 80%, then unplug the aerial cable.
Connect it to another aerial port.

Check the Signal Interference

Make sure that there is no signal interference with the aerial of TalkTalk Box. Sometimes Signal Interference can also cause the issue. So, to ensure this, follow the steps which are given below.

Ensure that the aerial and the aerial cable is working properly.

Make sure that there are no metal objects where you have placed the box.

Software Update

If the issue has not been fixed then check whether the TalkTalk Box is running on the latest version or not. If the box is not updated then you might face this issue.

Press Menu Button.
Go to Settings.
Select the Software Information.
Now, click on the Update Software option.
It will now update the TalkTalk Box to the latest version.
Now, again check whether the issue has been resolved or not.

Reset The Box

You can also try soft resetting the TalkTalk Box to fix if there are any corrupt files that are causing errors in finding the channels. You can do this by following the steps which are given below.

Press and Hold the Power Button for 10 seconds
After doing this, wait for the TalkTalk Box to restart.

Factory Reset

Press Menu Button.
Go to Settings.
Click On Factory Reset Option.

Note: This will delete all your saved data that is on the TalkTalk Box. Make sure that you have created backup files.
