Go to the Beach Club (Southeast – F8).
Dive into the water and find the observatory desk.
Get the USB Stick from it. Now, extract the USB Stick.

Locate and Extract Ashika Island Intel

Go to the Beach Club (Northeast – F6).
You have to go into the cave.
Now, go down into the waterways by following the zipline.
