Asus launched their latest flagships of the year, i.e. the Asus Zenfone 7 and 7 Pro. Both the phones are pretty impressive when it comes to the specs of devices. Asus’s approach to handling the camera modules on their phones has been truly innovative. Last year with the Asus Zenfone 6 or Asus 6z, the company implemented a flip camera setup where the rear camera of the device, when in time of need, can be flipped and used as the front camera as well. Asus Zenfone 7 and 7 Pro – Device Specifications
The Asus Zenfone 7 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC while the 7 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 865+ processor. Notably, the Asus Zenfone 7 packs 8GB of RAM and 128 GB of onboard storage. Whereas, the Asus Zenfone 7 Pro packs 8GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. One more key difference between both the models is that the Asus Zenfone 7 does not has OIS on any camera lens while the 7 Pro sports OIS for main and telephoto cameras.
Talking about the display the duo sports a 6.67-inch Super AMOLED display, which produces 1080 x 2400 pixels, at an aspect ratio of 20:9 with 395 PPI density. And has a 90HZ refresh rate panel with HDR10+ support. For protection, Asus has implemented Corning Gorilla Glass 6. The cameras on the phone are similar and it packs a 64MP primary lens and is capable of recording 8K@30fps, 4K@30/60/120fps, 1080p@30/60/240fps, and 720p@480fps.
