Fix 1: Run File and Folder Troubleshooter

Windows shared folder settings will sometimes limit the permissions allowed for shared folders or any folder that is synced with a cloud service such as Microsoft One Drive. Here are the steps on how to run the File and Folder troubleshooter:

1. Navigate to the Windows File and Folder troubleshooter download page and select Download to initiate the download.
2. Run the .diagCab file once downloaded and select Yes for administrative privileges in the User Account Control.
3. Select Advanced hyperlink from inside the File and Folder Troubleshooter screen
4. Check the box for Apply repairs automatically
5. Select Next
6. From the analysis box, select the following:
   • Problems with deleting files and folders
   • Renaming or moving files and folders
7. Restart the system and check again
