Star Wars Jedi Survivor is finally released for the masses. But the game is not very playable as of now. But the gamers are doing what they can to get the best of this recent release. And for this, they require access to the save and configuration files of the game. Since this is a new title, you need accurate information about where the saved and configuration files are stored. STAR WARS Jedi Survivor Save File and Config Location – Where exactly is it located?
Star Wars Jedi Survivor Save file location is the one mentioned below:
C:\Users\[Your Username]\Saved Games\Respawn\JediSurvivor
Inside this folder, there are four saved files. SaveGame00, GlobalSaveData, GameUserSettings, and Backup00.
Usually, we find the save file and config file in the same directory. But that is not the case here. The config file is stored in the location:
C:\Users\[Your Username]\AppData\Local\SwGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
The config file is called “GameUserSettings.ini.” The config file is stored in the .ini extension, but you can edit it using Notepad or Wordpad. We would not recommend you edit it in any way, but if you are sure and confident about your knowledge and skills regarding the config file coding, you can proceed with the edit. A single mistake would mean that the game would break down, though.
While looking for the Config, you might run into an issue. The AppData folder in the directory link is hidden in Windows by default. You must enable the option of displaying hidden files to see this directory.
- Open or create any folder on your PC.
- Click on the View option and select “Show Hidden Files and Folders.”
- Check the box and click on Apply.
If you are on the latest version of Windows 11, try the following method.
- Open or create any folder on your PC.
- Click on the three-dot icon on top of the folder.
- Click on Option.
- Select the View tab.
- Select “Show hidden files, folders, and drives.”
After this, you will be able to find the AppData folder.
