  2. My hisense tv with the kayo installed will not allow live streaming. Can not find where to update the app, am unable to uninstall the app. The tv stats it’s running on the most recent software. Internet speed is faster than ever before and last year the kayo app worked no problems – only started happening last 3 months. Only way i can watch Kayo is via smart view using third party device which glitches as well. Kayo app even states on logging in that a technical error is occurring and that they are aware of the issue but nothing is being done to fix it –

  3. This app used to work fine on my lg tv but now won’t stream without constant buffering. Have tried all fixes and tests. Works fine on pc and other devices. Definitely appears to be issue with app on TV. How about an update kayo.

  4. It has not worked on my 12month old Samsung TV for months. I cancelled my subscription for a while and thought they would fix it. I constantly have the app not load or hang whilst loading. All other streaming services work well. Hopeless tech support. Not sure whether to complain to the Telecommunications Ombudsman next.
